• 5+ years experience in demolition, excavation, or construction leadership

Estimator – Demolition & Excavation

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals
• Perform site visits, gather project details, and analyze plans
• Build relationships with general contractors, developers, and municipal partners

Requirements:

• Experience in demolition, excavation, or general construction estimating
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings

Yard Hand / Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain equipment and yard cleanliness
• Load/unload trucks and materials
• Assist in minor repairs and equipment preparation
• Support field crews as needed

Equipment Operator – Demolition & Excavation

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, and related heavy equipment
• Perform earthwork, trenching, backfilling, and finish grading to project specifications
• Read plans, check grades, and use laser survey equipment
• Work independently or as part of a crew to complete excavation and demolition tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating on earthwork and/or utility crews
• Proficient with grade checking and laser survey equipment
• Experience operating multiple machines on construction or land development projects
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail

Skilled Laborer – Demolition & Excavation

Responsibilities:

• Assist excavation and demolition crews with trenching, setting grade, and material handling
• Operate small tools and assist with basic equipment maintenance
• Use grade rod and laser as needed
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and support project deadlines

Requirements:

• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in varying site conditions
• Comfortable using grade rods and laser equipment
